  1. NEW Bylaws were posted on December 24, 2024. The document is effective as revised January 1, 2025. These changes were approved at the annual meeting held on October 20, 2024 and allow the Board to do such things as use Bill Pay, accept payments electronically and meet virtually. During this review it was discovered that, from years of additions and changes, the document has several different fonts, misspellings, grammar and formatting issues. It is the Board’s plan to correct these issues as a “housekeeping process”. No changes in operational changes can be made without the approval of the Association membership. ↩︎
