Please ensure that you maintain current Owner name(s), address, telephone number(s), and email(s); along with those same details for your renter, if you have chosen to rent your home. This helps ensure we are able to keep all Owners/residents updated with all issues pertaining to the Association, or their property, and so we may reach Owners/residents in a timely manner in the event of an emergency situation affecting their property, or the neighborhood.

The new Carriage Hills HOA website has been launched! The new site’s minimal annual cost will help keep your dues low.

All dues must be paid before the end of today in order to be eligible for the $20 early payment rebate. After this date the full dues of $80 are due immediately. Late payment notices are being sent out.
